Christian Bosse verfügt über mehr als 18 Jahre Erfahrung im Strength & Conditioning im Hochleistungssport und hat mehr als 20 Olympioniken, darunter 6 Olympiasieger, und 23 Weltmeister trainiert.
In den letzten 12 Jahren hat Christian als Strength & Conditioning für das Nationale Olympische Komitee der Niederlande gearbeitet und Athleten aus den verschiedenen Sportarten unterstützt, unter anderem Bahnradfahren, BMX Supercross, Mountainbike, Volleyball, Beach Volleyball, Boxen, Reiten und Sportschiessen.
Davor hat Christian für verschiedene nationale und internationale Leitungsgremien gearbeitet, darunter die Catalan Tennis Federation, die British Lawn Tennis Association, die International Tennis Federation, das Chinese Olympic Committee.
Christian studierte Sportwissenschaften in Deutschland und Spanien und ist akkreditierter Strength & Conditioning Coach der UK Strength & Conditioning Association, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach der National Strength & Conditioning Association, Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach der Australian Strength & Conditioning Association und einen Master in Internationalem Sportmanagement.
Seit Oktober 2022 konnte die NSCA GC GERMANY in als Verantwortlichen und Moderator der NSCA GC GERMANY Podcast-Serie gewinnen.

For the past 12 years, Christian has worked as Strength & Conditioning for the Dutch National Olympic Committee, supporting athletes from various sports, including track cycling, BMX Supercross, mountain biking, volleyball, beach volleyball, boxing, equestrian and sport shooting. Previously, Christian has worked for various national and international governing bodies including the Catalan Tennis Federation, British Lawn Tennis Association, International Tennis Federation, Chinese Olympic Committee.

Plyometrics is a highly effective form of training, which can set a high stimulus for the neuromuscular system. While most high-effective plyometric exercises are known, very little is known, about how to prepare athletes for these high-intensive plyometric activities.
The problem with not being prepared for these high-intensive plyometrics is an increased risk of injury and the athletes simply don’t get out of the plyometric training what they could potentially get out of it.
This presentation outlines a structured approach to how to prepare athletes to perform high-intensity plyometrics safely and effectively.
