Thema

Effort, Force and Heaviness, the missing components of Proprioception

Effort, force, and heaviness are senses that the weightlifter, athlete, and rehabber are very familiar with. Unfortunately, they are often ignored as part of the proprioceptive senses. Until recently, prevailing views about the origin of these senses were dominated by the belief that they were generated entirely within the brain. But recent evidence shows that these senses can be generated by both centrally and peripheral afferent activity. Find out how you can augment your performance or rehabilitation program by applying the scientific principles of effort, force, and heaviness. Below you will find multiple direct links to my work, including my website, Facebook and other links and my YouTube account that can be used for advertisement. Let me know what you need from me to sell the workshop in 2022. I would also like to discuss a new workout routine that I developed, based on the Effort, Force and Heaviness. You can see some of the exercises on the above YouTube videos. The models are National level Powerlifters. They found the exercises very challenging and fun. It will be good to catch up, drink some German beer and snaps and eat some great food.
